Create / Update process

The creation and update of your Remote Workstation are handled by xo7 team, directly from the backoffice.

Update workstation code

2 days after the Galaxy release we will update all the workstations to have the latest code from the release.

During the update, the backoffice and sandbox can be inaccessible. An update usually takes ~10 minutes.

Reset Unit Data

On request, we can reset unit data to have the latest data from the production platform.

This will wipe out all your changes, to use a copy of the production platform unit data.
