Manage Workstations
From the production backoffice, you can manage your Remote Workstations, start and stop them, find their configurations, etc...
List your workstations

Open the header menu, then click on "Remote Workstations"
This will list all the remote workstations created for you, just click on one to manage it.
See my configuration
Click on the line of the workstation you wish to manage, and you will have access to this screen:

If this is your first time using a workstation, you can read our guide:
🐥Getting startedStart / Stop / Restart a workstation
By stopping your workstation when it is not used, you contribute to saving energy as this avoids using unnecessary resources🌿
When your workstation is offline, the backoffice is not available, and you can not connect to the sandbox to edit code. Simply start it again to have it working as before: you will find it exactly as it was before, without losing any data.
⏳ Starting or stopping a workstation takes less than 3 minutes (you will need to reload the page to check the status)

From the backoffice, you can stop your Workstation, this is useful in 2 cases:
you know you will not be working for an extended period: stopping your workstation will allow saving energy: no need to maintain a platform online if no one is working on it.
If you have performance issues, do a restart by doing a stop, then starting it again. Read more about performances on this page.
Make sure you don't have "Account imports" in progress when doing a re-start, else it will stop these imports and you will have to re-do another import.
Add more SSH keys
Admin role
When your workstation is created, your account is automatically an Admin account. This is a temporary solution while working on improving permissions.
In case you need to give the same Admin access to someone else (for example to request help), here are the steps to follow
